At Journeyling Studios, each product is handcrafted with care and intention, and because of the nature of our offerings, all sales are final unless otherwise specified below.
Premade Products
All premade journals and physical products are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items.
Due to the handmade nature of our work and the intimate use of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any reason including change of mind.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
To begin a bespoke journal commission, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your consultation and design time.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds for the consultation deposit may be requested at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
- Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund, as time and resources have already been allocated toward your custom experience.
Once the consultation is completed and materials are sourced or production begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products and downloads are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defects
We only offer exchanges in the rare event that an item arrives damaged during shipping.
To request an exchange:
- Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage
We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement item or store credit.
Shipping & Returns
Do not attempt to return any item without first contacting us via email. We do not accept unsolicited returns and are not responsible for items returned without approval.
Return address and further instructions will be provided if an exchange is approved.
